LED FLEX NEON Introduction
LED FLEX NEON is composed of solid-state Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) in a series, jacketed by an inner plastic extrusion core and a stable plastic outer UV jacket which further protects the inner core. The plastic jacket can be transparent, opalescent, semi-transparent or colored transparent and the LED can be Red, Orange, Blue, Yellow, Green, Amber, White, Magenta and Violet (see variations later). Based on our patented technology, we can produce the LED FLEX NEON Light with a continuous linear color effect as well as Glass Neon or RGB MULTI- COLOR LED FLEX NEON which achieves an even more impressive color-changing effect.
Though Glass Neon has long been the mainstream of outdoor linear lighting, it is renowned for technical weaknesses such as complicated installation, its fragile nature, potential shock hazards, high maintenance costs and high power consumption. Combining many years of advanced LED technological research and rich mass production experience, we have now developed LED FLEX NEON to replace glass neon. It has numerous advantages over glass; it is easier to cut and is very flexible, being bent easily by hand to any angle, can be installed within minutes, is not hot to the touch and, most importantly, is much more economical.

FLEX NEON can be cut to desired lengths and bent easily by hand, with cutting marks for accuracy. FLEX NEON is very easy to shape e.g. corners, curves, lettering, logos, patterns, motifs and all other applications where traditional glass neon is utilized.

Unlike glass neon lights that have to run at a very high voltage of 15,000 V, FLEX NEON operates internally on 230V, 120V, 24V or 12V. LED FLEX NEON is shatterproof, emits very little heat, and is absolutely safe to use both indoors and out.
